GULROD KAGE BAGTE HAVREGRYN

Bagte havregryn med collagen, uden tilsat smag, er vores favorit. Det er så nemt at lave, og der er så mange muligheder. Her har vi ladet os inspirere af saftig gulerodskage med cremet frosting. Når du bager havregrynene, får de en kage-lignende konsistens og bliver til en lækker morgenmad eller snack.

Ingredients

2 bananer, mosede
4 dl havregryn
4 spiseskefulde Pure Marine Collagen
1/2 teskefuld kanel
1/2 teskefuld bagepulver
1 mellemstor gulerod, revet
1 dl valnødder, knuste
1-2 spiseskefulde honning eller ahornsirup
5 dl valgfri mælk. Juster mængden for at dække havregrynene.

Glasur:

4 dl græsk yoghurt
2 dl flødeost
2 spiseskefulde ahornsirup
1 teskefuld vaniljepulver

Procedure

Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Find a heatproof dish, approximately 15x20 cm in size. Begin with the bananas. Mash them completely with a fork. Pour all the ingredients into the dish and mix well. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, you can make the frosting. Mix all the ingredients together and place in the refrigerator until the cake is ready. When the cake is done, let it cool slightly before spreading the frosting on top. Store in the refrigerator and serve the next day. It should be eaten within 2-3 days when stored in the refrigerato
