JULEDE OVERNIGHT OATS

Kan du lide smagen af jul, men ønsker at nyde den på en sund og nærende måde? Så kan disse overnight oats være den perfekte start på dagen i december måned. Den emmer af juleånd og forkæler dig med en lille ekstra godbid – et topping af peberkager. Hvis du foretrækker at undgå peberkager, bevarer den stadig den autentiske julesmag med sine velafbalancerede krydderier. Du kan også spice det op med f.eks. nødder eller hjemmelavet granola som et lækkert alternativ.

Ingredients

Til 4 portioner:

2 dl havregryn
2 spsk chiafrø
2 spsk Collagen Beauty Remedy
1 teskefuld kanel
1/4 teskefuld nellike krydderi
1/4 teskefuld ingefær krydderi
2 spsk græsk yoghurt eller skyr
4 dl mandel- eller havremælk
Peberkager til topping

Procedure

Overnight oats with chia seeds is made the night before it is to be eaten or a few hours before. This ensures that the chia seeds absorb the liquid, resulting in a delightful mixture of softened seeds and perfectly tender oats.

Start by mixing the dry ingredients: oats, spices and Collagen Beauty Remedy. Mix them thoroughly. Add yogurt and milk, stir everything well. Make sure there are no lumps and no dry ingredients left at the bottom of the jar. Cover it and let it rest in the fridge overnight or for at least 3-4 hours.
