• 4 dl di mirtilli congelati
• 1/2 limone
• 1 dl di acqua
• 3 cucchiai di Collagen Beauty Remedy
• 3 cucchiai di miele
• 2 cucchiaini di estratto di vaniglia

Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and set aside. Add frozen blueberries, honey, water, Collagen Beauty Remedy, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to a blender or food processor. Blend well until the mixture reaches a thick ice cream-like consistency. This may take some time and requires you to manually stir the mixture a few times. Once the sorbet is ready, it can be enjoyed immediately. Grate some lemon zest over the sorbet for an extra touch of lemon flavor. Remember to wash the lemon peel thoroughly. Store any remaining sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer.
