Pure Marine Collagen

GULROTKAKE BAKTE HAVREGRYN

Bakte havregryn med collagen, uten tilsatt smak, er vår favoritt. Det er så enkelt å lage, og det er så mange muligheter. Her har vi blitt inspirert av saftig gulrotkake med kremet glasur. Når du baker havregrynene, får de en kake-aktig konsistens og blir en deilig frokost eller snack.

Ingredients

2 bananer, most
4 dl havregryn
4 spiseskjeer Pure Marine Collagen
1/2 ts kanel
1/2 teskje bakepulver
1 middels gulrot, revet
1 dl valnøtter, knust
1-2 spiseskjeer honning eller lønnesirup
5 dl valgfri melk. Juster mengden for å dekke havregrynene.

Glasur:

4 dl gresk yoghurt
2 dl kremost
2 spiseskjeer lønnesirup
1 teskje vaniljepulver

Procedure

Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Find a heatproof dish, approximately 15x20 cm in size. Begin with the bananas. Mash them completely with a fork. Pour all the ingredients into the dish and mix well. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, you can make the frosting. Mix all the ingredients together and place in the refrigerator until the cake is ready. When the cake is done, let it cool slightly before spreading the frosting on top. Store in the refrigerator and serve the next day. It should be eaten within 2-3 days when stored in the refrigerato
