Ingredients

For the chia porridge

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

For the berry compote

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

For the bowl

  • 2 tbsp skyr or yogurt mixed with Collagen Beauty Remedy
  • Granola
  • Fresh blueberries

Procedure

1. Make the chia porridge

  • In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, plant-based milk, and vanilla sugar.
  • Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Stir again to break up any clumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours — or overnight for best texture.

2. Cook the berry compote

  • Place frozen berries, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a small saucepan.
  • Heat over medium until the berries start to boil.
  • Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

3. Assemble your bowl

  • Spoon chia porridge into the bottom of your bowl.
  • Add a layer of skyr or yogurt mixed with Collagen Beauty Remedy.
  • Top with berry compote.
  • Finish with granola and a few fresh blueberries.
