A Vild Nord subscription is a recurring monthly order that automatically delivers your selected products every month. Monthly delivery is the only subscription frequency currently available.

• Charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring monthly basis
• Process and ship your subscription order every month
• Continue your subscription until you pause or cancel it

You may subscribe to one or several products at the same time. If multiple products are included in your subscription, they will be combined and shipped together whenever possible.

2. Setting Up Your Subscription

2.1 Creating a Subscription

Getting started is simple:

Step 1: Select an eligible product on our website
Step 2: Choose the "Subscribe & Save" option
Step 3: Add the product to your cart
Step 4: Complete checkout using your preferred payment method

Once your order is confirmed, your subscription will be activated automatically.

2.2 Customer Account Access

All subscription orders and one-time purchases can be viewed and managed through your customer account powered by Shop.

You can securely access your account using the email address provided when placing your order. A one-time authentication code will be sent to your email address whenever you log in. No password is required.

Through your customer account, you can:

• View your order history
• Access and download invoices
• Manage your subscription
• Update your delivery and billing information
• Track current and past orders

You can also track your shipments through the Shop mobile application, where you may receive real-time shipping updates and delivery notifications.

2.3 Delivery Frequency

All subscriptions are delivered monthly. Other delivery frequencies are not available.

If you subscribe to multiple products, they will be delivered together once per month whenever possible.
