Shipping policy

This Shipping and Returns Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the terms applicable to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Vild Nord, as well as the conditions under which customers may request a return, exchange or refund. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted this Policy.

1. Shipping

1.1 Processing time

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Thursday evening, Friday, during the weekend or on public holidays may require additional processing time and be shipped during the following business days. Please note that no orders are dispatched during weekends.

Vild Nord shall not be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs procedures or force majeure events.

1.2 Shipping fees and delivery times

Shipping fees and delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected delivery method. Delivery times shown below are estimates calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Standard shipping rates are displayed below. Final shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery destination, selected shipping method and order composition.

1.3 Free shipping thresholds

Free shipping promotions, when applicable, are displayed at checkout and apply to the order subtotal before tax and after discounts. Vild Nord reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

1.4 Order tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives an order confirmation email containing a tracking link. The order status can also be consulted at any time from the customer account section of the relevant Vild Nord website.

1.5 Delivery issues

Any issue relating to the delivery of an order, including non-receipt, incomplete delivery or receipt of a damaged parcel, must be reported to customer service within seven (7) days following receipt of the order. This notification period applies exclusively to delivery-related issues and does not affect the customer’s statutory right of withdrawal described in “Returns and Refunds” policies. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.

1.6 Failed delivery and unclaimed parcels

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Vild Nord cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to Vild Nord due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of the parcel or failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point within the required timeframe, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
