Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the conditions under which customers may request a return, exchange or refund of products purchased from Vild Nord. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted this Policy.
1. Returns and Refunds
1.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights for customers within the European Union, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty, except for return shipping costs. Customers in countries outside the European Union are subject to the equivalent local consumer protection rules.
1.2 Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the customer after delivery, including opened food supplements;
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
1.3 Return conditions
To be eligible for return, products must be:
- Unopened, unused and in the same condition as received;
- In their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Vild Nord reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions set out above, or to apply a depreciation charge if the products show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or proper functioning.
1.4 Return procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must:
- Contact Vild Nord customer service within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order, indicating the order number and the items concerned;
- Wait to receive a return authorisation along with the return label and instructions;
- Ship the parcel within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return authorisation.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the cases provided for in Section 1.6 below. The customer is responsible for the parcel until it is received by Vild Nord and is advised to use a tracked shipping method.
1.5 Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, Vild Nord will notify the customer by email of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products and credited to the original payment method used for the order. The actual posting time may vary between five (5) and ten (10) business days depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
The original standard delivery costs are refunded only when the entire order is returned. Any additional cost arising from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by Vild Nord shall not be refunded.
1.6 Damaged products and shipping errors
If a product is received damaged, defective, or does not match the order, the customer must contact Vild Nord customer service within seven (7) days of receipt, attaching photographs of the product and the packaging with the batch number. This procedure applies specifically to damaged, defective or incorrect products and is separate from the customer’s right of withdrawal described in Section 1.1 (“Right of withdrawal”).
In such cases, Vild Nord will arrange, at its discretion, for the replacement of the product or the full refund of the order, including return shipping costs.
2. Liability and applicable law
Vild Nord’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Vild Nord cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, loss of profit or commercial loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the products or any Vild Nord website.
This Policy is governed by the law of the country in which the relevant Vild Nord webshop operates. Any dispute arising from its interpretation or performance shall, where amicable resolution fails, be brought before the competent courts of that country. Customers within the European Union may also have recourse to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or to the competent national consumer mediator free of charge.
