COLLAGEN OVERNIGHT OATS

Overnight oats are a delicious way to start the day and perfect for busy mornings. If you want a tasty and satisfying breakfast but find your mornings hectic, a collagen overnight oat is the perfect everyday solution.

It is prepared the night before, allowing it to turn into a delicious porridge overnight.

In the morning, all you need is one minute to add your toppings, and voilà – you have the most delicious porridge with your daily dose of collagen!

Ingredients

6 fresh raspberries
1 dl oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 dl oat milk
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 scoops of Collagen Beauty Remedy

Top with your favorite Nordic berries, nuts, and cacao nibs.

Procedure

Find an old jam jar. Mash the fresh raspberries at the bottom of the jar, then add Collagen Beauty Remedy, oats, chia seeds, oat milk, and vanilla. Close the lid and place it in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, stir your delicious overnight oats and top with fresh Nordic berries, nuts, and cacao nibs.
