LOVELY PINK PANCAKES WITH BEETROOT AND COLLAGEN

Beautiful pink pancakes with butternut, beetroot and goat's cheese. Here, there are many good flavours that tantalise the taste buds! Our French ambassador, Juliet from @julyhealthycooking has made a lovely pink pancake version with Collagen Beauty Remedy. We simply love the colours and the ingredients in this dish.

Ingredients

For one serving:

2 tbsp COLLAGEN BEAUTY REMEDY
4 tbsp of rice or wheat flour
20 cl vegetable milk
1 piece of boiled beetroot
2 slices of orange
2 tbsp fresh goat cheese
2 teaspoons of goji berries
1 tbsp chia seeds
4 slices of butternut
A few slices of red radish
1 splash of maple syrup
Salt and pepper

Procedure

Turn on and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut slices of butternut and place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with maple syrup. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Stir halfway through cooking.

For the pancakes:

Add flour, Collagen Beauty Remedy, beetroot and milk to the blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth texture. Lightly grease the pan and cook the pancakes. Spread goat cheese on top. Arrange slices of butternut and a few slices of radish. Sprinkle chia seeds and goji berries on top. Add an orange slice and close the pancake.

Bon appetite.
